Do you verify the attorney's credentials?
Yes. Any listing can be claimed only by its owner verifying email + State Bar number. Cross-validation with State Bar listings (e.g. California Bar, NY Bar, Texas Bar) is done for the optional 'Verified' badge. Base presence does not require documentary verification.
Do I receive contacts directly, or do they go through you?
Directly. When a user contacts you via the form or clicks your phone / email, the message reaches your inbox or phone without going through an intermediary. We don't charge for or manage contacts. The professional relationship is established by you directly.
What happens if I decide to delete my listing?
You can request removal at any time from your dashboard or by email. We process removal within 24 hours and remove the listing from the sitemap. If content is already cached by Google, it may take 7-30 days to fully disappear from the index.
